In these times more than ever the physical, philosophical and psychological practice of yoga offers therapeutic refuge and tools to move forward.
David will lead a short slow flow with breathing exercises, chanting and meditation, followed by a discussion about how practice from the heart for healing.
David Michael Hollander has been teaching the art of yoga in New York City for over 25 years.
He has trained hundreds of people to become yoga teachers, and conducted workshops internationally.
He is currently Director of Yoga Teacher Training at
