All classes are designed to reduce stress using the breath with dynamic movements and poses to release tension and energize the body.
Each class is different but equally energizing. We will begin with a traditional flow such as sun salutations and move into salutation variations and standing flows. Poses will combine strength, flexibility and balance.
Classes will also include floor exercises and a final relaxing guided meditation.
All levels of experience are welcome.

In Class 4, we are hopefully able to be more "in the body and not in the head" in regards to Heartroot. Once we have this familiarity, we can then become aware of the more subtle nuances and be in that space of being the Observer to our experience in the breath.
In this third class, we continue to go through postures, building on the previous classes. As the Heartroot cues become more familiar, we must still maintain Beginner's Mind as we move into poses. We learn that the Heartroot gives us structure, but also malleability which allows the pose to emerge from the body with intelligence and integrity.
We'll continue to explore Heartroot through a variety of standing, balancing, supine and prone poses. Heartroot aligns us naturally from the inside out. Poses will be sustained as we take time to observe and feel the components of the Heartroot in each pose.
Learn the verbal cue you can easily internalize and apply to any pose. This cue helps us set up the pose based on our own body specs. Once you learn it, you can take it with you into any class with any teacher regardless of style of level of experience. The "Heartroot" inherently supports all modifications, as well.
I'll use this cue through standing, seated, supine, prone, balance poses through 4 classes.
