Breathe, Move & Energize! 6 Classes are included in this series! Recorded LIVE Classes -- practice anywhere anytime! Ready to reduce stress and energize your body? All classes are designed to reduce stress using the breath with dynamic movements and poses to release tension and energize the body. Each class is different but equally energizing. We will begin with a traditional flow such as sun salutations and move into salutation variations and standing flows. Poses will combine strength, flexibility and balance. Classes will also include floor exercises and a final relaxing guided meditation. All levels of experience are welcome.

This class series is designed to reduce stress, increase your range of motion and flexibility. It is for all fitness levels. All classes include breath techniques to increase lung capacity and a guided meditation at the end of each class to relax both the body and the mind. This class is ideal for those beginning to learn yoga as well as those with limited mobility. Tuesday - Restorative Yoga Friday - Gentle/Chair Yoga Restorative Yoga This class is designed to reduce stress and anxiety while increasing your flexibility. The postures are passive in nature and done on the floor (seated, lying on your back or stomach). Gentle/Chair Yoga This class includes gentle yoga poses that help increase flexibility and your range of motion. Poses will be done either sitting in a chair or on a mat, there will also be some standing poses.

Modifications will be offered, allowing you to create the class that your body needs today. Each class will offer a warm-up, the ability to generate heat in the body, and will build strength, flexibility, and endurance of both body and mind.
