Breathe -- Move -- Heal! 8 Classes are included in this series! All classes will be recorded - practice anytime, anywhere! This class series is designed to reduce stress, increase your range of motion and flexibility. It is for all fitness levels. It is also ideal for those beginning to learn yoga as well as those with limited mobility. Tuesday - Restorative/Yin Yoga Friday - Gentle Yoga Restorative/Yin Yoga This class is designed to reduce stress and anxiety while increasing your flexibility. The postures are passive in nature and done on the floor (seated, lying on your back or stomach). Gentle Yoga This class includes gentle yoga poses that help increase flexibility and your range of motion. Poses will be done either sitting in a chair or on a mat, there will also be some standing poses.
Breathe, Move & Heal! 8 Classes are included in this series! All classes will be recorded - watch, learn and practice anytime, anywhere! Come join us and learn Qigong. In this 8 class series we be learning some of the movements in the Level II Healing Qigong Form as well as some of the Spring Forest Qigong Sequence. We will also be focusing on learning how to bring our attention inward to further feel the different sensations (energy) in our body. Each class includes breath techniques and mild stretches and is excellent for anyone recovering from illness, injury or surgery. It is also an excellent exercise for those looking to obtain optimal health. What is Qigong? It is an ancient Chinese practice that is easy to learn and practice. Some of the benefits of Qigong include reducing stress and anxiety, boosting the immune system, decreasing pain and lowering blood pressure. The practice involves slow movements with long, slow breaths. The breath techniques help to improve lung capacity over time and can reverse respiratory concerns.

This is a long set of physical exercises that focuses on detoxing the muscles and tissues of the body. This is an intermediate class, so be sure you do not have any physical injury or limitations when practicing this class. When we create and maintain flexibility of the spine it correlates to flexibility in the mind. This a fabulous kriya with mediation built into the kriya using the primal sounds, "SA TA NA MA" (Infinity, Life, Death, Rebirth). I look forward to sharing and practicing this with you!

Become a Reiki Master and teacher with Jamie Butler, the Everyday Medium and Reiki Master! This is a rare opportunity to take this class from Jamie virtually! Prerequisites for this class are Reiki Levels 1 & 2 with Jamie or another Reiki Master. In this class, students are expected to present their knowledge of Reiki Symbols and healing techniques. Over the course of the weekend, Jamie will introduce the Master Symbols and as well as the attunement techniques. This class will also go over the code of ethics and business practices around healing. All registered students will receive a certificate of completion which will be mailed out 21 days after class. This beginner friendly class uses an adult sized hula hoop to teach the foundations of hoop dance. In a class you will learn both on and off body hooping. On body hooping: you will learn how to hoop on your waist, hips, chest, shoulders, and legs.Off body hooping: you will learn how to hoop on your hands, as well as weaves, lifts, and other tricks. This class will build your coordination while exercising your entire body. This low-impact cardio class will have you burning calories while having fun!
