Breathe, Move & Heal! 10 Classes are included in this series -- $5 Per Class! All classes will be recorded - watch, learn and practice anytime, anywhere! Come join us and learn Qigong! In this 10 class series we will continue to learn and refine movements in Level I and Level II Supreme Science Qigong, the 5-Element Sequence as well as forms from Level I Spring Forest Qigong. We will also be focusing on learning how to bring our attention inward to further feel the different sensations (energy) in our body. Each class includes breath techniques and mild stretches and is excellent for anyone recovering from illness, injury or surgery. It is also an excellent exercise for those looking to obtain optimal health and expanding lung capacity. What is Qigong? It is an ancient Chinese practice that is easy to learn and practice. Some of the benefits of Qigong include reducing stress and anxiety, boosting the immune system, decreasing pain and lowering blood pressure. The practice involves slow movements with long, slow breaths. The breath techniques help to improve lung capacity over time and can reverse respiratory concerns.
Full Spectrum Vibrational Healing A Gong Bath is a dynamic meditative concert which acoustically guides each participant via harmonic overtones into realms of spiritual well-being and emotional balance, cellular healing. This is accomplished using a multitude of octaves, carefully constructed, to entice the brain into Alpha/Theta/Delta wave-scapes of creativity, relaxation and enrichment. The focus of this workshop is to expand, enhance and support Gong practice as a sacred sound instrument for healing, meditation and exploration of consciousness.

Yoga For All is exactly what it sounds like. It doesn't matter if you're just starting or a seasoned yogi, it doesn't matter what size you are, your age, this class is about coming as you are, and using what you have. We will be gentle, we will give options. What do you need? A mat, a wall, a couple of yoga blocks (available at any big box store or online), and a blanket. Have questions, concerns? Message me!

It is an energy balance using physical touch and energetic techniques to send energy throughout the entire bodily system. When we use the positive, negative, and neutral currents of our energy, we can open up the blocked points and reestablish the proper flow and alignment of life-force throughout the body. Polarity is based on the quality of energy currents, thoughts, and feelings. This type of healing therapy is wonderful to use on its own or along with other energy healing modalities such as Reiki.
