Learn how to enhance your overall wellbeing through clean eating. Those who choose to eat cleanly benefit from sustainable energy, high quality sleep, physical strength and mental sharpness. Clean eating has a significant impact on wellbeing, so much so that I've made it the foundation of my recently-launched web series, called Thrive Forward: www.thriveforward.com. Topics will include: 1- Add vs. Subtract: How to make changes to your diet without shocking your system. 2- Listen to Your Body: How to recognize cleansing symptoms. 3- How to consume enough nutrients to support your activity level. 4- The truth about processed foods, and why you should avoid them. 5- How to gain energy through nourishment, not stimulation. 6- High-net gain foods: what are they and how you can benefit from them.

Life is only as good as it feels ...but the emotional quality of our lives seems to be steadily deteriorating because of too much hurrying and worrying. Stress is killing us - and even though we train our intellectual minds, most of us grow up with almost zero emotional guidance, We simply don't know how to manage our minds so as to optimize our emotional experience. What can you do to take charge of your mood swings, actively break free from impatience, anxiety, depression and fatigue, and truly enjoy each new moment? After reviewing the 'quiet your mind' process learned in the first class, this second WizeWell class will teach you 4 new Focus Phrases that aim your attention inward and stimulate deep healing and integration. John will talk about each of the four areas of attitudinal and emotional growth represented by the Emotional Wellbeing Focus Phrases, and help you to use your own power of attention to stimulate inner healing and awakening. And of course there will be group discussion so that everyone who wants to, can express their thoughts and experiences related to this process. For more info, visit: www.breatherbreak.com

Founder of the Clean Program, was born in Uruguay. He graduated from medical school there in 1990 and moved to New York City for his postgraduate training. He completed three years of training in Internal Medicine at NYU Downtown Hospital and three more years of fellowship in Cardiovascular Diseases at Lenox Hill Hospital. The drastic change in lifestyle and diet resulting from his move to New York City soon showed up as irritable bowel syndrome and depression. Becoming a patient of the system he was practicing was such a shock, that it started his journey in search of an alternative solution to his health problems. His findings are the subject of his first book, Clean: The Revolutionary Program To Restore the Body’s Natural Ability to Heal Itself, where Dr. Junger describes how he became aware of the toxicity of our planet. He also explains how detoxification and cleansing have been around for thousands of years, but the knowledge has been lost, and right now it’s more important than ever to reclaim this information. Most importantly, Clean is a manual for readers to learn how to turn on and work with their own detoxification systems to restore and maintain optimal health.
