These tantric teachings take you beyond your mind while they reprogram your mind with the illumined knowledge shared by the Himalayan sages. Relax and retrain your nervous system. Somatics is a neuromuscular movement training, re-education that goes directly to the root cause of muscular discomfort and chronic pain. Through slow gentle sequenced movements, and sensory motor training we will awaken and target the sensory motor amnesia. The condition sensory motor amnesia is chronically tight muscles that have learned to stay contracted due to repetitive and reflexive response to stress such as ongoing emotional stress, repetitive movements, injuries, trauma and accidents. You will need: Chair, yoga mat (for floor) or your bed (if it's difficult to get on the floor)
