This energy healing session (approx. 30-45 minutes) will include a variety of healing tools, mantras, and practices from various spiritual traditions, including Sufism, Christianity, Taoist, and Vedic traditions. We will likely do something different every week but healing techniques will include medical qigong, self-acupressure, sound healing, and more.
Join me for this 30 minute slow flow class in which I will review the fundamentals of alignment and breath work using postures that flow together. All levels are welcome to join!

She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota, and is certified as a Tobacco Treatment Specialist by both Mayo Clinic and the National Association for Alcohol and Drug Counselors. She is in her fourteenth year in the health care field, and helped develop the inpatient tobacco program at Allina Health.
