In this sweet, relaxing, all-levels Restorative class, we use the Breath (via the Prana Maya Kosha) to recognize, differentiate, and soothe the experiences of the Body (Anna Maya Kosha). After the Body is cared for, we use the Breath to recognize, differentiate, and soothe the experiences of the Mind (Mano Maya Kosha). By creating a smooth and organized experience of the Breath, the Mind, the Body, and Awareness all appear and are experienced differently and thus deep levels of restoration and Meditation occur. Through this practice, we actively experience the scientific system of Samkhya.

My name is Theresa Chabot, I am a Certified Health Coach and a Certified Happiness Coach. I am passionate about helping others reverse and fight Chronic illness. As well as helping them live a happy and fulfilling life. My passions stem from wanting to be happy and healthy myself, and live a very long and fulfilled life, as well as seeing my Mom die from Parkinson's, and my sister die at a much too early age from a Brain tumor. I was passionate about health and nutrition before these events, but they only led me to further research and learn more about how to help prevent these things. I believe that hormone imbalance has so much to do with illness, as hormones regulate so much of our bodily function. There is so much we can do to take the power of our health into our own hands, I just believe people need to know.
