Join me for Pilates on the Stability Ball this September. We will start with basic mobility and balance exercises using the ball and progress each week with more challenge. If you need tips for what size of ball and kind of ball you need, be sure watch the intro class. Safety tip. Set up your mat near a supporting wall with a baseboard and please No socks.
We begin with a group reading and divination, to see what spiritual guidance the class attracts. In the Manifesting Circle, you'll practice accessing your intuition and harnessing the power of your imagination. We might try a sound healing technique for centering and aligning the chakras that comes from shamanism... September is extra stressful. A psychic weather report will scan the upcoming Full Moon, Mercury retrograde, and Fall Equinox. To bring to class: a few personal goals and paper and pen.

In this session, we will discover how past choices determine our current circumstances and how our actions today can shift our future. Each person is in complete control of what their life looks like (even though there are so many things outside our control). Your choices, how you respond, react, and take action are yours, and yours alone. We will use breathwork, meditation practice, and journaling to gain perspective and create an action plan on "Who I Was, Who I Am, and Who I Want to Be".
