Shelly Najjar, MPH, RDN is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who helps women stop fighting their bodies, eat what they want, and feel healthy and confident so they can live the life they dream of.

She loves traveling, bucket listing, and working on projects that are important to her. Maintaining a flexible, non-diet approach to wellness makes those things possible.

Shelly helps clients get free from shame-based diet culture and teaches them to trust their bodies to improve their overall wellness... with NO off-limits foods.

I curate scientific data from medical pathology textbooks and from the disclosure data of patents that link to prevention of cancer and other diseases. I have located one patent, published in 2002 that treats 247 diseases. This patent supports the theory of a common cause for all diseases.
