As a busy mom of three little ones, Katie Kimball knows a thing or two about saving time in the kitchen, but she also wants the best of health and nutrition for her family. From yogurt to salad dressing, the Kimball kitchen is filled with homemade foods with nary a box or package in sight. Kimball's blog, Kitchen Stewardship, is focused on balancing nutrition with frugality, the environment with the time available, all as good stewards of God's gifts. Since 2009 KS has offered family-friendly recipes, science geek research into traditional foods and real food nutrition, and lots of helpful tips with a healthy dose of humor and real-life personal experience. A teacher by training, Katie Kimball is well known for her detailed recipes, breaking everything down into baby steps that won't overwhelm even the most nervous newlywed on her first foray into cooking with real food. Her goal is to make whole foods easy (& tasty) for any family to eat day in and day out. The video "introduction" is really a lesson on how to make homemade mayonnaise, something that is pretty difficult to find using only wholesome ingredients. Her Learn It Live course will cover a bit of "reverse engineering" as well - how to make recipes that call for cream of chicken soup completely from scratch using real ingredients. See more of Katie and Kitchen Stewardship at http://www.kitchenstewardship.com/about-2/.

Hello! I am a happily married Christian Mom of 2 grown kids! I discovered the raw, plant-based lifestyle in 2007 and developed a passion for making raw vegan food through Alissa Cohen. I began teaching classes through her certified program in 2010. I was a flight attendant for Continental (United) Airlines for 20 years. I began working my gourmet raw business as a Personal Chef which led to a partnership with working my business through Tru Meals in Houston, TX. When Tru Meals closed, I was still interested in continuing my professional business. At that point, my Darling Hubby saw an article on food trucks and the idea to have a completely raw, vegan, living food trailer was born! After 6 months of juggling both careers, I prayerfully decided to work my certified food trailer full time. How I eat: I consider myself "high-raw", which means that my vegan and plant-based lifestyle includes a very high percentage of uncooked (raw) plant-based meals. It's easy for me to do that since I'm working in my food trailer most of the week, where I make fully raw meals for myself and others. I absolutely LOVE my own gourmet raw vegan food! Sometimes I consume all raw for stretches of time, but there have been times when I'm out with friends or just feel like having something vegan that is cooked, such as Lentils, Beans, or Veggie Soup, then I'm less raw. I think of eating raw vegan as a lifestyle. I enjoy finding raw or plant-based vegan restaurants! I love thinking about raw food, preparing raw food, and especially, eating raw food! I really LOVE playing with my food! It's just so much FUN!!!! I really don't enjoy "cooking" food at all. Occasionally, I do cook vegan meals for my family, so I understand the challenge some have when they are trying to maintain the raw lifestyle while having to cook for others; although my family eats a lot of plant-based food with me. Of course, if I knew then, what I know now, I would have never given my kids cooked food at all. Now that my kids are all grown up (YAY!!!), if they want to eat something cooked they make it themselves....double YAY! :-). I find that, if I am cooking something on the stove, I have to stay near it or I forget I'm cooking and burn it! LOL! That's the beauty of preparing raw food...nothing ever burns (and raw food saves on electricity also)! Over the years, I have found that the more raw I eat, the better I feel. I absolutely LOVE to cleanse my body using delicious freshly made juices and fasting from time to time. I have learned to listen to my body and to be kind to myself. I have first hand experience of the wonderful changes you can feel after going raw, especially losing weight and having mental clarity and energy! After all these years, I'm still learning and growing. I know that food choices are very personal and emotional and that not everyone is ready, willing, or desiring to eat completely raw and vegan. I do not pretend to know everything and I never tell anyone what is the best way to eat for them personally. Rather, I encourage everyone to give raw vegan food a try and take note of the difference eating the right foods can make in your body, mind, and spirit. I truly believe the closer a person's diet is to the plant-based lifestyle, the more changes you will see and the better you will feel. IMHO, achieving optimal health through a plant-based diet is a journey rather than a race. The more I learn about food, nutrition, and the environment, the better choices I make for myself and the better equipped I am to help others. I had suffered from Migraines for years. One month my Migraine stayed with me for 32 DAYS STRAIGHT! I'm NOT kidding you!!! It was TERRIBLE! I stayed home in my room...the slightest bit of light made me feel like my head was going to explode! I completed a RAW Cleanse of my colon and my Migraines were GONE and they have NOT returned! I feel better than I've ever felt in my life....I REALLY DO!!! I firmly believe that if you want to learn from someone, that person should be someone who truly LOVES what they are doing. For me, teaching RAW and Living Food is something I love to do. My Classes are TONS of FUN!!!! Teaching the ART of Living on Live Food is definitely a passion of mine! I really LOVE it...and I do my best to LIVE it. 😀
I am a former anthropologist turned MD--now using integrative medicine focused on Mind-Body approaches. I work with people not only to understand and improve their physical health and state-of-mind, but perhaps even more importantly, this work helps people to find or refine their bigger story: What really matters to them? What do they want to do with their time and energy? There is always some level of healing to come from this work, no matter how serious the illness or how bad the burn out. Where a person is open to learning, he or she will grow--often in unexpected ways.

Diane Randall, MA iWhole Living Consultant, inspiring Wellness Teacher and host of the internationally acclaimed podcast, Balanced Living for Busy Professionals. Diane works alongside busy professionals teaching inner tools and strategies to help them create the life they truly love.
After growing up on a cattle ranch in California, I went to Princeton for a complete change - and became engrossed in my life study of consciousness - what does it mean to be aware, and how can we manage our own minds to our best advantage? At 66, I'm still busy researching and teaching what I've found to be true about the best ways to run our inner focus of attention. Currently my work centers upon the place where people need the most help - at work. Working with Greg Voisen and WizeWell, I'm delivering a new approach to mind management via short guided Breather Breaks that employees are granted 3-4 times a day, in order to quickly shift out of stress mode into a more relaxed, ceative, productive and enjoyable quality of consciousness. After many years of traveling around the world to deliver corporate and community seminars in person, I'm very pleased that technology has finally reached the point where we can participate in these live interactive online seminars. This is a remarkable expansion of human communication, and I look forward to meeting you in this non-local community, and sharing our understandings of how to maximize our lives each new moment.
