Hypnotherapy gives you the ability to shift and learn from the very deepest levels of your mind - giving your conscious mind (the land of thoughts, intuition and everything else you are aware of) and your deep unconscious (which does most of the driving - and the place where "Why on earth did I do THAT?" comes from).
