In this sweet, relaxing, all-level Restorative class, we use the Breath (via the Prana Maya Kosha) to recognize, differentiate, and soothe the experiences of the Body (Anna Maya Kosha). After the Body is cared for, we use the Breath to recognize, differentiate, and soothe the experiences of the Mind (Mano Maya Kosha). By creating a smooth and organized experience of the Breath, the Mind, the Body, and Awareness all appear and are experienced differently and thus deep levels of restoration and Meditation occur. Through this practice, we actively experience the scientific system of Samkhya.

Allow the beat of the drum to take you on a journey to the underworld to connect with a special plant and find a new understanding and relationship with it. If you are able to have your plant, whether dried or fresh, with you during this class it will amplify your experience. A picture of the plant or its essential oil will also suffice. Be prepared to be very comfortable. Have your journal on hand and any other crystals, spiritual tools, etc. to make it the best experience possible for you.
