Over the past year, we’ve learned how important it is to support the health of our lungs and respiratory system. * This class will be held LIVE; though I do plan on recording it.* Life can be tough and somewhat draining for an empath. We pick up the energy of many different emotions from others around us, whether in person, on the phone, etc. It can be overwhelming when we're trying to deal with our own emotions, let alone someone else's. Learn how to protect your energy and release what may have gotten in. We can be compassionate without taking on their emotions as our own.
