Lynda is the CEO and Pilates Goddess of Lynda Lippin Pilates, where she helps women over 50 increase their strength, mobility, and bone density, and manage chronic pain through her safe, effective, custom design, modified online Strong Bones Pilates programs. She also helps Pilates Teachers uplevel through her Pilates Teacher Mastermind®, with online Pilates continuing education, mindset, and business accelerator programs. Lynda started training Pilates teachers in 1997, and has been a Teacher Trainer for The PhysicalMind Institute and Real Pilates Teacher Training. For over 33 years, her clients (including Donna Karan, Laurie Anderson, and Joe Walsh) have trusted Lynda to help them get stronger and function better, with less pain. Former Financial Times travel editor Rahul Jacob says that Lynda is the best Pilates teacher he has ever worked with. She lives in lower Manhattan with her husband of 30 years and their rescue dog, Juniper Peanut.
Danielle has been in the health and fitness industry over 20 years. Her college education as a dental hygienist provided her with a license in nutritional counseling. She has been building on that knowledge for years and currently has numerous health and fitness certifications including, yoga RYT 500, Mad Dogg & Keiser cycle, AFAA personal trainer and Group Fitness, TRX, Keto, Health & Life Coach, Reformer Pilates and Mat certification through Fitour, Reiki Master and The Science of Well-being from Yale University. Danielle is currently furthering her Reformer Pilates education with Balanced Body. As a 23 Lupus warrior she has spent over half her life looking for ways to heal her body from the inside out. Danielle lives a ketogenic lifestyle and believes removing inflammatory foods from her diet put her lupus in remission. She motivates and inspires on her Instagram, @ketolupie and most recently published her first book, “Keto for Autoimmune Health”. Danielle uses her own health journey to empower others to take control of their own health and happiness. Living an active lifestyle is important to Danielle. She loves learning new fitness formats and implementing them into her classes, skiing with her family, creating recipes and spreading positivity.
