Teaching holistic health for more than a decade when I started teaching the kids and just fell in love. If we are to prevent disease, stop food addiction, and reverse the cognitive decline of future generations then we must give our kids the tools they need. My students say my program “set them free” which seemed to speak to my purpose and passion…. Leading me to create an educational and community platform called Freedom Kitchen. I believe our freedom begins in the kitchen and am so passionate about this message, helping to free others from the limitations in health and vitality that are holding them back from stepping fully into their purpose. Freedom Kitchen is a place to gather, to nourish and to love. I have an adult detox program and a kids’ cooking program created with love, from Freedom Kitchen to yours. Freedom Kitchen transcends time and space to offer cooking classes and education to those who value food and health.
