Moving into Heart Meditation
As we progress into January 2013 we are moving closer to a heart centered world. This meditation called the Mind Cleanse Meditation is designed to help you release negativity in your mind and move into the heart. With a few simple guided steps of breath and visualization you be able to begin to cultivate an open heart space. And release old patterns of struggle and negativity.
